After 20 years in the recruiting sector, we will help you find and attract exceptional talent to make a real difference to your business.

We provide cost-effective and personalised talent acquisition services across most head office and commercial functions with salaries typically ranging from £50- £150k and interim managers from £500 per day.

A law graduate from Queen Mary University of London, Sandun commenced his recruitment career in 1998 with Michael Page International where he spent a decade recruiting in the FMCG sector.

He subsequently joined Randstad as MD in their consulting division. In 2013 he joined a global top 20 executive search firm, delivering on multi-functional mandates to recruit in the FMCG and manufacturing sectors.

Navigate Talent was established in January 2018.
