Sandun Dambawinna

After 20 years in the recruitment industry, working for some of the biggest firms, I set up navigate talent to revert to old school levels of service and reliability from a recruitment partner. 

I provide cost-effective and personalised talent acquisition services across most head office and commercial functions with salaries typically ranging from £50- £150k and interim managers from £500 per day. 

I graduated from the University of London with a Law degree and started my recruitment career with a FTSE 250 PLC in 1997. We grew rapidly in the UK and Internationally and I spent 10 years recruiting in the FMCG sector. I climbed up through the ranks and then left my comfort zone to join one of the world's largest human resource businesses as MD in their consulting division. In 2013, I joined a global top 20 executive search firm, delivering on mandates to recruit in the FMCG sector. Navigate Talent was established in January 2018.
